Wild + Rae Return Policy 🤠

Howdy, Wild + Rae Cowgirl! 🌟 We’re all about making sure you love your items, but sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle returns and exchanges:


🌟 Exchanges & Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds—store credit only. If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered! You’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your items or request store credit.

To start a return, use our exchange portal to begin the process.


🌵 Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.
  • We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.

✨ Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Once our tracking shows your package as "delivered," Wild + Rae is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend reaching out to USPS or your local post office for assistance.
  • If you’ve purchased LABL Guarantee, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Keep in mind, any approved refund will be in the form of store credit.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • If you do not purchase the LABL Easy Exchanges at checkout, you are responsible for your own shipping label.

💌 How Shop Credit Works

Once you send your item back through our exchange portal, you’ll automatically receive a store credit code to use on your next round of goodies.

Just a friendly heads-up, cowgirl:
Store credit covers the cost of the item, but not shipping.

We do our best to keep things affordable, but as a small shop, returns are a big expense—so we truly appreciate your support and understanding.
