PROCESSING TIME 

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing orders

RETURNS:

We do NOT offer refunds - ONLY STORE CREDIT
Customer has 14 days from delivery date to exchange items

We will exchange an item if you need a different size or if there was an order issue on our side 

Products must be unworn and in their original packaging, with tags still attached. We do not take back worn items. 

SALE ITEMS:
Sale items are final sale.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Wild and Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once our tracking information indicates "delivered" we are not responsible for missing mail. Please contact USPS or your local post office with questions regarding these issues.
