Howdy, Wild + Rae Cowgirl! š Weāre all about making sure you love your items, but sometimes things donāt work out. Hereās the lowdown on how we handle returns and exchanges:
š Exchanges & Store Credit Only

We do not offer refundsāstore credit only.

If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, weāve got you covered!

Youāll have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your items or request store credit.

šµ Eligibility for Return

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

All original packaging must be included, including the boot protectors inside the boots.

A packing slip must be included with your return.

Missing packaging, boot protectors, or packing slip may result in loss of store credit.

We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.
⨠Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
š¦ Lost/Stolen Packages

Once our tracking shows your package as "delivered," Wild + Rae is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend reaching out to USPS or your local post office for assistance.

If youāve purchased LABL Guarantee, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Keep in mind, any approved refund will be in the form of store credit.
š Shipping Responsibility

If you do not purchase the LABL Easy Exchanges at checkout, you are responsible for your own shipping label.
š How Shop Credit Works

Once you send your item back through our exchange portal, youāll automatically receive a store credit code to use on your next round of goodies.
