We are happy to provide store credit for items that are unworn with tags attached. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item if you need to exchange sizing or receive store credit.
For pieces that are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on items simply for a change of mind.
In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.
Any faults must be reported within 5 days of item receipt to be eligible for return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.
