Wild + Rae Return Policy 🤠

Howdy, Wild + Rae Cowgirl! 🌟 We’re all about making sure you love your items, but sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle returns and exchanges:

🌟 Exchanges & Store Credit Only

  • We do not offer refunds—store credit only.

  • If you need a different size or there was an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered!

  • You’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your items or request store credit.

  • For the holidays, we’re extending our return window. Any orders placed in November or December can be returned until January 15, 2026 as long as items are unworn and in their original packaging. You’ll receive store credit to use toward something new when you’re ready.

🌵 Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags still attached.

  • All original packaging must be included, including the boot protectors inside the boots.

  • A packing slip must be included with your return.

  • Missing packaging, boot protectors, or packing slip may result in loss of store credit.

  • We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.


✨ Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


šŸ“¦ Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Once our tracking shows your package as "delivered," Wild + Rae is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend reaching out to USPS or your local post office for assistance.

  • If you’ve purchased LABL Guarantee, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Keep in mind, any approved refund will be in the form of store credit.


🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • If you do not purchase the LABL Easy Exchanges at checkout, you are responsible for your own shipping label.

  • Once you send your item back through our exchange portal, you’ll automatically receive a store credit code to use on your next round of goodies.
