We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. for orders over $120.

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?

If you require your order by a specific date please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@wildandrae.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

REFUNDS:

We do NOT offer refunds of any kind- ONLY STORE CREDIT

Customers have 7 days from delivery date to return or exchange items.

We will exchange an item if you need a different size or if there was an order issue on our side.

Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. We can not take back worn items. 

MADE TO ORDERS:

For items that are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items simply for a change of mind.


In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate exchanges of size subject to availability, however, the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.


SALE ITEMS:
Sale items are final sale.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Wild and Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once our tracking information indicates "delivered" we are not responsible for missing mail. Please contact USPS or your local post office with questions regarding these issues. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
