Shipping Schedule: We ship your orders daily from Monday to Thursday. Our team takes a break on Fridays, weekends, and holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be shipped on the next business day.
Processing Time: Once you've placed your order, we get right to work! Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Choose the one that works best for you at checkout.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We strive to keep our shipping rates fair and affordable.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Oh no! If your package gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team right away. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you're taken care of. To claim a lost or damaged package you can use our consumer portal to begin the process.
Wild and Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once our tracking information indicates "delivered" we are not responsible for missing mail. Please contact USPS or your local post office with questions regarding these issues. If you purchased LABL Guarantee you can start a claim for any lost, stolen or damaged items you may have received and they will begin the claim process for you. Please note that a refund will result in store credit as well if you choose that resolution.
