The Starlow is the brightest, most fabulous star!

I bought Starlow for my daughter’s first birthday party with the theme of “one magical year” and the dress was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. It was extremely high quality, just the right amount of fluff and pizazz! I wasn’t expecting to love the shoulder ties as much as I did, but they were such a precious addition to the overall beautiful dress. We are now Wild + Rae girls and will be buying more items!
